A quarter-century in IT means: countless tickets, challenges overcome, coordinated efforts, and probably more “up and running” instances than can be counted. Much of this happens behind the scenes—but with a direct impact on stable and smooth IT operations.
Mike is calm, focused, and always there when it matters most. Especially in an environment where technologies are constantly evolving, the value of experience, a broad perspective, and a clear eye for what matters most becomes evident.
Technical systems change—requirements increase—but one thing remains constant: reliability in implementation and the people who ensure that processes work.
