Tatjana: Making Technology Accessible and Driving Development Forward
After earning her degree in Production Development and Manufacturing from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, she gained experience in both design and teaching.
Even before joining ibb, teaching technical subjects was an integral part of her professional career. As an instructor at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, she taught subjects including mathematics, mechanics, design, and CAD. Her focus was always on conveying complex concepts in a way that was understandable, practical, and memorable.
At ibb, Tatjana combines this teaching experience with her technical expertise. In addition to her role as a CAD trainer for Creo Parametric, she has worked on various design projects and supported, among other things, development and detailed design tasks across different industries.
Tatjana is valued not only for her professional expertise but also for her structured approach to work, her empathy, and her open, cooperative nature. Her ability to explain technical concepts clearly while maintaining a practical focus makes her a valuable point of contact for clients, course participants, and colleagues.
Thomas: Combining Practical Experience and Knowledge Transfer
Thomas has also been with ibb for ten years. After studying mechanical engineering at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences and earning his Bachelor of Engineering degree, Thomas joined ibb in 2016. There, he first completed an in-house training program to become a CAD designer using Creo Parametric and then gained experience working on various design projects.
Today, he works both as a mechanical design engineer on client projects and as a CAD trainer. The combination of project work and training is a particularly important part of his role: practical experience flows directly into his training sessions, ensuring a transfer of knowledge that goes beyond mere software application.
Thomas’s professional development also demonstrates his openness to new topics and challenges. In addition to his many years of experience with Creo Parametric, he has acquired extensive knowledge of Siemens NX and now applies this expertise in both design and training.
Colleagues and training participants particularly appreciate his calm, pleasant demeanor, his helpfulness, and his willingness to continually familiarize himself with new topics.
Thomas and Tatjana’s career paths demonstrate just how diverse professional development can be at ibb. Both combine technical expertise with the sharing of knowledge, thereby making an important contribution to our clients, projects, and the training of future experts.
Dear Tatjana, dear Thomas, we thank you for ten years of dedication, professional expertise, and the many ideas you’ve brought to our company. We look forward to continuing to work with you and wish you continued success, exciting projects, and inspiring training sessions at ibb.
Congratulations on your 10th anniversary! 🎉
