Tatjana: Making Technology Accessible and Driving Development Forward
After earning her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production Development and Manufacturing from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, Tatjana gained experience in both design and teaching.
Even before joining ibb, teaching technical subjects was an integral part of her professional career. As an instructor at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, she taught subjects including mathematics, mechanics, design, and CAD applications. In the process, she developed a knack for explaining complex technical concepts in a way that is both understandable and practical.
At ibb, Tatjana combines this experience with in-depth technical expertise. As a CAD trainer for Creo Parametric, she supports professionals in their technical continuing education and imparts practical knowledge in the areas of design and CAD. In addition, she has worked on various design projects and assisted with development and detailed design tasks across a range of industries.
Tatjana is valued for her professional expertise, her structured approach to work, and her open, cooperative nature. With her ability to convey technical knowledge clearly while maintaining a practical focus, she is a valued point of contact for clients, course participants, and colleagues alike.
Thomas: Combining Practical Experience and Knowledge Transfer
Thomas earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences. He then began his career at ibb as a CAD designer working with Creo Parametric, gaining valuable practical experience on various design projects.
Today, he works both as a mechanical design engineer on client projects and as a CAD trainer for Creo Parametric and Siemens NX. The combination of project work and training defines his daily routine: practical experience flows directly into his CAD training sessions, ensuring a transfer of knowledge that goes beyond mere software application.
His professional development is also evident in his expertise with Siemens NX. In addition to his many years of experience with Creo Parametric, he has built up comprehensive knowledge of this CAD system and now applies it in both design work and training sessions.
Colleagues and training participants particularly appreciate his calm demeanor, his helpfulness, and his willingness to continuously familiarize himself with new topics.
Thomas and Tatjana’s career paths demonstrate just how diverse professional development can be at ibb. Both combine technical expertise with the sharing of knowledge, thereby making an important contribution to design, engineering, technical training, and the development of future experts.
Dear Tatjana, dear Thomas, we thank you for ten years of dedication, professional expertise, and your valuable contributions to projects, training sessions, and the professional development of our clients. We look forward to continuing to work with you and wish you continued success, exciting challenges, and inspiring training sessions at ibb.
Congratulations on your 10th anniversary! 🎉
