Dirk’s Witzels journey tells part of this story. Even during his apprenticeship, he was entrusted with responsibility at an early stage. This was a sign of the trust placed in him from the very beginning—trust that has continued to grow over the years.
At the same time, new opportunities have continually opened up at ibb. Diverse tasks, areas of work, and changes offered Dirk the chance to develop further, gain new perspectives, and help shape his own path within the company.
As he grew in this role, so did his responsibilities. What began as occasional substitute assignments in external and internal training sessions evolved into a permanent role as a trainer in internal professional development. Sharing knowledge and experience thus became an integral part of his own development at ibb.
Dirk has also been involved in the development of new learning formats. He contributed his experience to the creation of our e-learning tutorials and even lent his voice to the content.
