Internal sales staff (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers in the area of engineering services
• Staff selection and coordination with related specialist areas
• Sales support for branch manager and project teams
• Individual combination of high-quality service solutions for our customers
• Market analysis, customer data management and preparation of offers

Your profile

• Completed technical education/study, or expertise acquired through professional experience
• Preferably initial experience in technical sales/customer service
• Ideally, industry knowledge in the areas of personnel services or engineering projects — but newcomers will also have the opportunity to familiarise themselves
• Ability to work in a team, independent way of working, strong communication skills and a confident appearance
• Very good German language skills required, good English language skills are an advantage
