Recruiter - personnel officer - assistant for the focus on engineering & personnel marketing (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Active sourcing of applicants from the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering
• Review of incoming applications and selection of suitable candidates
• Proactively present/present our AZAV certified CAD training
• Conducting interviews & job interviews
• Support for the sales team through appropriate candidate matching
• Prepare, develop & post job advertisements
• Participation in the continuous optimization of the application process
• Preparation and implementation of trade fairs and application days
• Cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency, technical schools and universities
• Conducting statistics & labor market monitoring

Your profile

• You (m/f/d) have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or even mechanical engineering or have completed commercial training with appropriate industry experience
• First professional experience in personnel recruitment and personnel marketing
• You also have knowledge of the labour market and technical occupations in mechanical and electrical engineering
• Experience in social media recruiting is desirable
• Good English language skills complete your profile
• Quick comprehension, creativity and persuasion
• Independent way of working
