Your profile

• Dipl. Ing. Mechanical Engineering or Medical Technology, Bachelor, Master or State-certified technician (each: m/f/d)
• Constructive professional experience of at least five years
• Experience in medical and plastics technology is desirable
• Good CAD skills, preferably with Creo Parametric, are also required
• Experience with medical technology components and systems is an advantage

Area of ​​responsibility

• Mechanical design (3D CAD) and development based on requirements from the project goal or specification
• Independent development of design solutions for the task from idea to series production
• Design and consideration of tolerance chains in preparation for series production
• Production-specific component design, primarily plastic injection-molded articles
• Motion simulations of components
• Coordination of interfaces with the project team
• Development of verification and validation tests, as well as their implementation, evaluation and documentation and development of possible solutions
• Mechanical support and documentation of prototype and pilot series assemblies
