Our Mechanical Design Engineer Justin recently visited his family and hometown and took some great pictures for our ibb backpacking trip! 📸

With family roots in Germany, it was always clear to Justin that he wanted to become an engineer here. His path led him not only to a Bachelor of Engineering, but also to a Bachelor's degree in German - a perfect foundation for his career goals. He also completed his semester abroad in Germany, which further strengthened his connection to this country.

While searching for an employer in Germany, Justin discovered ibb. After a few positive, interesting conversations with the head of our MDE department and our team, it was clear that Justin was a perfect match for us. And so he began his career at ibb.

Justin is currently working on an exciting project in the field of brake line systems, but his activities are as varied as they are impressive. From complex surface designs to electrical engineering calculations, Justin brings his expertise to a wide range of industries and delivers outstanding results.

Even though the start was not without its hurdles - keyword: bureaucracy - together we mastered the recognition of his documents and everything that goes with it. It took us and Justin three months. Today we can happily say: Justin has arrived - and that makes us proud and grateful!
