Creo - Semiconductor Industry Designer/ Development Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

  • Design and development of precise components and systems in special machine construction with a focus on vacuum technology and cleanroom applications
  • Design and structural design of high-precision mechanical components and assemblies taking into account thermal stability, vibration behavior and manufacturing tolerances
  • Development and integration of systems for vibration decoupling and vibration damping to ensure maximum positioning and process accuracy
  • Design of vacuum components, chambers, interfaces and media guides taking into account sealing concepts and vacuum technical requirements
  • Consideration of cleanroom requirements (choice of materials, particle behavior, surface quality) in the design
  • Preparation of 3D models, production drawings, parts lists and technical documentation
  • Close coordination with related specialist areas such as simulation, electronics, control technology, manufacturing and assembly
  • Technical support of components during production, integration, testing and commissioning
  • Cooperation with external suppliers and specialists for precision components, vacuum technology and vibration isolation systems
  • Support in the technical development and optimization of high-precision systems

Your profile

  • Completed degree or technician training in the field of mechanical engineering, precision engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in precision-oriented mechanical or plant engineering, ideally in the fields of vacuum technology, semiconductor technology or optical systems
  • Experience in designing high-precision components with tight tolerances
  • Knowledge of vacuum technology, clean room technology or vibration isolation systems is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of PTC Creo (3D design and drawing derivation)
  • Understanding the mechanical stability, thermal effects and vibration behavior of high-precision systems
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Good German and English language skills
