process manager (m/w/d) for Siemens projects

Responsibilities

• You (m/f/d) take customer requirements for the complex process system, take these into account when selecting and configuring components and develop customer-specific solutions from them.
• They report errors that cannot be corrected by themselves and suggest corrective measures if necessary.
• They make necessary adjustments and corrections.
• They monitor the functionality of the system (e.g. IT solutions, processing machines).
• They instruct customers on a function-related basis.
• You are responsible for ensuring the technical regulations and guidelines relating to occupational safety and quality.
• You are responsible for providing technical instructions and initiating cooperation in an intercultural environment to solve complex service problems in a specific subject area at a high technical level.
• They monitor work execution, review work results and are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the dates of changes, CAPAs and QM adjustments.
• They are responsible for attending and conducting meetings with the preparation of minutes.
• You are responsible for documenting the results and the adjustment measures carried out in accordance with the quality management system.

Your profile

• You (m/f/d) have a master's degree in a technical or business environment.
• You have a more confident appearance in an international environment and a high level of interpersonal skills.
• They have a structured approach to carrying out work tasks.
• You have excellent German and English skills.
• You have sound spoken and written English skills to participate in international meetings and draw up the minutes.
• You have at least 1 year of professional experience.
