Responsibilities
- Recording, recording and classifying complaints in accordance with regulations
- Initiating investigations into complaints, as well as scheduling and, if necessary, escalation
- Timely completion of complaints
- Communication with complaint submitters and customers including management of feedback on complaint statements
- Screening and trending from product monitoring
- Preparation of meeting minutes
- Independent management and organization of complaint consultations
Your profile
- Master Engineering, Medical Technology or Medical Informatics
- Up to three years of professional experience
