- Expert knowledge of scheduling, resource and project planning and controlling methods
- Professional experience as an appointment planner in plant or project business, ideally in the area of rail vehicle technology - expert knowledge in the software-based scheduling tool Primavera EPPM P6
- Strong personality with the ability to drive topics and control implementation (deadline driver).
- Very good communication skills
- Very good process understanding
- Quick familiarization with new processes
Area of responsibility
- Support in the chronological and logical mapping of business processes into the overall schedule. Preparation of a baseline plan
- Reporting and coordination with project management, participation in status meetings
- Reviews scheduling with regard to potential critical situations, presentation and monitoring of the critical path across all trades, early identification of schedule deviations in the project and in the individual schedules
- Support in developing alternative schedule scenarios, develops solutions with the affected interface partners, pursues problem solutions and checks effectiveness, escalation
