Your profile

• Completed technical degree a comparable technical qualification
• Knowledge of the requirements of the semiconductor industry is desirable
• If possible, 3 years of experience in managing projects and project teams
• Project management methodological knowledge: risk management, requirements analysis, project process planning, milestone trend analysis, change management
• At best, you are certified as a pmp or comparable
• You (m/f/d) are willing to deal with complex relationships involving technology, logistics, quality and costs
• You develop creative solutions with a team of specialists
• Fluent English language skills
• Experience with an ERP system is desirable

Area of ​​responsibility

• Decision-responsible management and project management based on the project framework plan from kick-off to series production
• Project planning and project controlling with regard to deadlines, costs, degree of completion and customer requirements throughout the project
• Decision-making power to use resources within the pre-defined budget framework
• You (m/f/d) report to the development manager on a disciplinary and technical level
• You manage a project team of employees, assign tasks and manage timely processing
• Identify and solve risks within the framework of technical and financial framework conditions
• Ensuring compliance with project-related standards, guidelines, and instructions
• You represent the project to management in project and milestone reviews
• Close cooperation with departments involved in the development process, such as product line management, production, QA, purchasing, sales and service
• In collaboration with the respective business development manager, you define project goals and content and prepare the budget
• Technical support for sales and customers
