Optics/Precision Engineering CAD Designer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• You (m/f/d) work on concepts as well as detailed and overall designs for the construction of optical systems
• You are involved in the selection of components and their approval in Agile
• You create manufacturing documents in accordance with the applicable standards and requirements
• You support manufacturing in processing change requests and processing and analyzing quality defects
• You support the selection and preparation of test equipment
• You support the adjacent department with development projects
• You are involved in the preparation of functional specifications, status, interim and final reports for technical projects

Your profile

• You (m/f/d) have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering, precision engineering or a comparable field and have at least 3 years of professional experience
• You have in-depth technical knowledge in the field of optics
• You have knowledge of how to design optical systems
• Ideally, you have knowledge of design and data evaluation programs, ideally Siemens NX or Creo
• You have a high level of technical understanding
• You have profound written and spoken German and English skills
