Responsibilities
- Independent preparation of practice-oriented documentation taking into account national/international guidelines (H011, ASD S1000D, military specifications)
- Control and control of specially created work packages (across departments)
- Correspondence with internal/external specialist departments, various subcontractors and customers
- Preparation of progress reports on performance, budgets and deadlines
- Preparation of quantity structures and support for higher-level project management
- Checking the technical documentation on the hardware
Your profile
- Completed degree /technician training in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable and/or many years of experience in the area of spare parts documentation
- Knowledge in the area of military technology/logistics
- Basic knowledge of the S2000M specification
- Good knowledge of specification S1000D and regulation H011
- Technical-logical thinking, but also knowledge of economic relationships
- Practical experience with programs for creating spare parts documentation (e.g. AMOSS, MATCONF)
- Practical experience with the programs: PTC Arbortext, Adobe Framemaker, MS-Office, editing systems (e.g. HiCo), PDM, 3D visualization
- Business fluency in German as well as good spoken and written English skills round off your profile
