Your profile

• Completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering (bachelor or comparable) or completed training in a technical area with relevant experience in the advertised area
• Experience in time management (REFA, MTM), time recording, material flow required
• Successful training in REFA as a REFA technician (m/f/d) and/or certification in MTM (UAS/MEK) desirable
• Professional experience in work preparation, industrial engineering or work planning is required
• Experience in the application of lean methods and an understanding of waste and added value is required
• Experience in creating work plans in SAP PP-BD-RTG is desirable
• Pragmatic approach and independent working methods, as well as flexibility in a dynamic environment
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
• You are committed, reliable and have a very good understanding of production processes
• Very good storytelling and presentation skills at various hierarchical levels round off your profile

Area of ​​responsibility

• Determination of production times and evaluation of production processes using REFA recordings or using MTM (condensed processes)
• Identification of potential improvements during the time study
• Support in preparing work plans and work instructions for manufacturing and manufacturing concepts
• Preparation of planning time components for planning and calculation
• Support in implementing the lean concept, including value stream analyses, cycle and cycle time analyses
• Preparation of reports and presentations to present project progress and results
