Your profile

• You (m/f/d) have a technical degree or training as a state-certified technician, ideally with business knowledge
• You have experience in mechanical and plant engineering
• You have already gained initial experience in managing projects — ideally in an international environment
• You are confident in using MS Office applications and a PPS/ERP system
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Distinctive communication skills and organizational talent set you apart
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and a team and customer-oriented way of working
• You have excellent moderation and presentation skills. In doing so, you can present complex issues in a simple and understandable way.

Area of ​​responsibility

• You (m/f/d) manage complex and extensive projects from the start of the project to the completion of the projects.
• You ensure project success - you are able to effectively coordinate projects and monitor them in accordance with applicable IATF requirements.
• You lead the project team, including regular project rounds and reporting, also with international teams in English.
• Responsible for preparing regular reports, gate reviews and project completion reports
• They initiate and support FMEAs and initiate the creation of IMDS records.
• Create, maintain, and track the project plan, including project budgeting.
• They ensure the industry-specific development/approval process in the project plan.
