Quality Manager — Automotive Powertrain (m/w/d)

Your profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics (FH/TU/TH) or comparable education
• Several years of experience in quality assurance, development and/or production
• Profound knowledge and experience in applying and evaluating quality assurance methods (Ishikawa, 8D, FMEA, FTA, etc.)
• Extensive experience in manufacturing electronic and electromechanical components and assemblies
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949 and functional safety (ISO 26262)
• Good communication skills and project management with an autonomous, goal-oriented way of working and presentation techniques
• Analytical thinking as well as a systematic and independent way of working
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Enjoyment of new technologies and development, as well as openness to new things
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to travel

Area of ​​responsibility

• Drive forward improvements in automotive projects and present them to customers
• Supervise and implement topics such as change requests and industrialization
• Ensuring and accompanying quality when outsourcing production steps
• KPI implementation and monitoring including reporting to management and customers
• Support for new product launches (C and D sample) and implement additional qualitative measures if required
