Your profile

• Successfully completed studies (bachelor, master or diploma) in the field of civil engineering or completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or comparable education
• Several years of experience, e.g. as a construction manager, technical planning or construction supervision
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards and regulations
• Safe use of relevant IT systems (MS Office, construction program according to RIB)
• Team orientation
• Good communication skills and a goal-oriented way of working
• Good written and spoken German language skills

• Planning and implementation of building and civil engineering measures in the area of maintenance and new construction
• Coordination of construction measures in cooperation with participating specialist departments
• Coordination of external companies
• Preparation and management of project documentation
