Your profile

• You (m/f/d) are a technician or have successfully completed a Dipl. Ing., Bachelor, Master in the fields of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.
• You have initial experience in the automotive environment and in design with CATIA V5
• You have a high level of technical understanding
• In addition to very good German language skills, you are ideally familiar with the English language
• Enthusiasm for technology, independence and initiative round off your profile

Area of ​​responsibility

• Support of vehicles in endurance tests in the area of the rear axle
• Planning and procurement of test vehicles and planning the capacity of the test facilities
• Defining the test procedures
• Update to the latest development levels
• Evaluation of the results obtained
• Component management (provision, transport and shipping)
• Supervision of test benches (axle trailing, alternating torsion)
• Coordination of the scope of tests (e.g. test bench tests, laboratory tests, dimensional tests, driving tests) with the specialist departments and their documentation
• Drawing checks (Catia V5) and maintenance of the KVS (design management program)
• Visual inspection of sample parts from the region
• Management of test parts (e.g. collection, scrapping or transfer of components to the measurement system)
• Documentation and evaluation of test reports/test results
• Writing approval reports to issue internal approvals of the components
• Contact person for inquiries about audits by the region or as an agent with the customer Wolfsburg
