To support ibb’s continued growth, we are looking for a well-organised individual to join our team as an Engineering Assistant.
ibb house of engineering is a full-service CAD provider, offering everything from design and training to the temporary placement of qualified specialists. Combining sound engineering expertise, cross-industry experience and a flair for innovation, we develop tailored solutions for demanding development and design projects. Our portfolio is complemented by practical CAD training.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting our sales team in their day-to-day operations
- Recruiting and selecting suitable candidates for client requests
- Supporting our external employees throughout their entire employment relationship
- Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR documents
- Preparing and assisting with monthly payroll and client billing
- Maintaining personnel and applicant data as well as administrative processes
- Coordinating job interviews, hiring, and onboarding procedures
- Serving as the point of contact for applicants, employees, and clients regarding organizational matters
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in recruiting, human resources, internal sales, or ideally in the staffing industry
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, self-directed work style
- Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills when interacting with applicants, employees, and clients
- Enjoyment of coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining a clear overview
- Strong service orientation, reliability, and attention to detail, as well as team spirit, commitment, and a hands-on approach
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
