Engineering Assistant (m/f/d)

To support ibb’s continued growth, we are looking for a well-organised individual to join our team as an Engineering Assistant.

Our portfolio is complemented by practical CAD training.

• Support project managers and keep engineering operations running smoothly.
• Support commercial processes from quotations to invoices, keeping track of deadlines and outstanding matters.
• Maintain project, order and customer records and create new customer and contact entries.
• Prepare and maintain budget updates, work records and billing reports.
• Review and process working hours, holidays and sick leave for accurate project billing.
• Research company information and prepare credit insurance applications.
• Coordinate administrative and commercial activities with project managers, employees, sales, accounting and customers.
• Handle further assistant and back-office tasks to support the engineering team.

• Commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in an assistant, project support or back-office role.
• A reliable, independent and structured approach to work.
• An interest in organisation, figures and administrative processes.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
